These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of the digital products and services offered by Mohammad Rafi ("we", "us", "our") through this website and associated channels. By placing an order, making a payment, or using any of our templates, you agree to be bound by these terms. By ticking the "I accept the Terms & Conditions" box at checkout and completing your payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms.
We offer two types of products for Indian celebrations:
All products are delivered digitally. After your payment is confirmed, the file or final video (or a download link) will be shared with you via WhatsApp or email, usually within a reasonable time. No physical product will be shipped.
When you purchase a template, you are granted a personal-use license only. This means:
Any unauthorised sharing or resale of our files is a violation of these terms and of applicable copyright law.
Your download link is personal. The Google Drive file or download link sent to you is licensed to you alone and is non-transferable. Forwarding, posting, or giving this link or file to any other person — even for free — counts as unauthorised distribution and is strictly prohibited.
Every order is traceable. Each purchase and delivery is linked to your name, email, and unique Order ID. If a file or link originating from your order is found being shared, resold, or re-uploaded anywhere, it can be traced back to your order.
Strictly prohibited. You may share your own personalised invitation for your own event. You may NOT: re-post or re-upload our template files or demo videos to any social media or platform; use our templates to take custom orders or offer paid invitation-making services; or present our designs, videos, or work as your own creation or portfolio. Doing so is a breach of this license and an infringement of our copyright.
Consequences of violation. Unauthorised sharing, reselling, redistributing, or re-uploading of our files is an infringement of our copyright under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and a punishable offence under the Information Technology Act, 2000. In such cases we reserve the right to revoke your access, report the infringing accounts (which may result in copyright strikes and takedowns), and pursue legal action and recovery of damages without further notice.
Mandatory Credit for Public Uploads: If you post or share any video made using our projects or templates on social media — including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or any other platform — you must give 100% credit to us. The post or video description must clearly mention:
Uploading our project videos as your own work, without proper credit, is strictly prohibited. Any such content posted without the required credit will be reported and a copyright strike will be raised against the infringing account. We actively monitor for misuse, as our original work has been copied by others without permission.
Because our products are digital goods that are accessible and usable immediately upon delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered.
Please review the template preview/demo carefully and ask any questions before purchasing. If you experience a genuine issue (such as a file not being received or being corrupt), contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
For personalised videos, the final output is based on the details and content you provide (names, dates, photos, preferences). Please ensure all details shared are accurate.
A reasonable number of revisions will be provided as agreed at the time of order. Major changes after final delivery, or changes outside the original scope, may be treated as a new request and may incur additional charges.
All templates, designs, graphics, animations, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Mohammad Rafi / AfterFX Templates. Purchasing a template grants you a usage license as described above, but does not transfer ownership or copyright.
Our templates are provided "as is". While we take great care in their creation, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental issues arising from their use, including compatibility with specific software versions, plugins, or system configurations. It is the buyer's responsibility to have a compatible version of Adobe After Effects and any required fonts/plugins.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our products and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
